Accounts and authorized use

You must be legally able to use the service and agree to these terms. If parental or guardian permission is required where you live, obtain it before using the service. Keep your login and publishing credentials secure and notify us if you believe they have been misused.

You are responsible for actions you authorize an AI agent or other tool to perform with your account. Review publishing permissions and revoke credentials you no longer need. Do not impersonate others or access accounts without permission.

Your content and permission to operate the service

You retain any rights you hold in your works and other submitted content. You must have the rights and permissions needed to publish that content, including code, images, audio, names and other third-party material. Using AI to create content does not remove this responsibility.

You grant VibeVibi a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, store, reproduce, deliver, display and technically adapt your submitted content as needed to operate the service, including image resizing, previews, safety review and distribution of your published works. This permission does not transfer ownership to VibeVibi.

When you remove content, we stop making it publicly available through the relevant service features, subject to technical processing, necessary records and backups. Copies independently retained by other people or external websites may remain.

Content and conduct rules

Do not submit unlawful content, sexual exploitation material, threats, harassment, hateful abuse, scams, malware, credential-stealing code, privacy violations or material that infringes someone else's rights. Do not attack the service, evade access controls, manipulate engagement statistics or abuse other users.

We use automated moderation and user reports to enforce these rules. We may reject publication, restrict content, remove works or suspend accounts when needed to address violations, security risks or legal obligations. Automated decisions can be wrong; contact us to raise a concern about a decision.

Hosted and external works

VibeVibi hosts frontend games and apps and also lists links to external works. Creators are responsible for their works, external services and representations. Works can contact outside services and may have their own privacy practices or terms. Review those before providing information or granting permissions.

A listing, ranking or successful moderation check is not a guarantee of safety, accuracy, availability, ownership or suitability. Keep your own copies of source code and files; VibeVibi is not your sole backup.

Free service and creator tips

VibeVibi is currently free to use. Creators may publish their own tip QR codes or payment links. These payments take place with the creator and their payment provider; VibeVibi does not process them or act as escrow. Confirm the recipient and relevant payment terms before paying, and address payment or refund questions to the recipient or payment provider.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep the service useful and available, but it may change, be interrupted or contain errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without guarantees that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose. Responsibility and liability are subject to applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Ending use, complaints and changes

You can stop using VibeVibi at any time and contact us to request account deletion. We may restrict or end access as described above. Obligations concerning prior misuse, necessary records and rights in previously shared content may continue where relevant.

For privacy, copyright, content, account or other service concerns, contact us below and identify the relevant account or page. Do not send passwords or access tokens. We may update these terms as the service changes and will provide additional notice where required.
